Our 18 metre heated swimming pool features a children’s paddling area. Swimming coaching is available. There’s also a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi.
Every day between 12noon - 2pm it is ADULT ONLY swimming.
Persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Gym
Our air-conditioned gym contains a wide range of cardiovascular equipment as well as resistance machines for a full body workout. There are also gym balls, steps and free weights to incorporate into your routine. Not sure where to start or have a specific fitness goal in mind? Our qualified PT's can help. Personal Training and fitness programmes are available from Instructors from just £30 a session.
