Dear Gary,
Just a quick email to let you know how well Julie and the team have taken on the challenge of our Friday morning BNI meeting. Basically they have been fantastic. Every little thing we have asked for has not been a problem, they look after us very well indeed. Any recommendations our members have made to Julie in regard to how it may be improved has been taken on board and the following week it is done! The staff have been polite, courteous and above all professional, just the image required when we have visitors to the meeting.
