We try our utmost to use locally sourced meat, fish and game wherever possible, our fruit and vegetables are delivered daily and our eggs are from the next village.

Our commitment to local produce is reflected in our menu, whilst also reducing our food miles.
 
Please note that we use fresh eggs and nuts in the preparation of many dishes in our kitchen. If you have any concerns regarding allergies, then please feel free to ask. 

All dishes can be made to take-away if you wish to take them back to your lodge.
