We are moving ahead with our new development of exclusive Scandinavian Log Homes and are planning 49 of them. There will be a variety of single and two storey homes with two or three bedrooms, located in a secluded gated area with fantastic views across the coast.

The designs and specifications are being finalised to ensure the homes will be of the highest quality. The heating systems will have excellent energy conservation properties, possibly using ground soursed heat pumps and wood burning stoves.

The homes will incorporate some great features/options such as: Sauna, Triple Glazing, Pelmet Lighting, Shower with Built in TV, American Fridge together with a whole range of conservation features.

The Log Homes will be ideal as a buy to let investment or as a second home or even as a combination of the two.
