Class Descriptions:

Aqua Fit -
This water based class is an aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness.

Aero Kick - A non contact karate based cardio work out designed to challenge & empower you as you fight yourself fitter.

Cardio Attack - High intensity multi level challenging heart pumping work out, guaranteed to lift your mood.

Circuits - This class combines toning and strengthening exercises with interval training, to provide a total body work-out.  Suitable for all; work at your own pace.

Fit for Life - A conditioning based class which will increase strength & mobility in the shoulders & hips. Toning exercises for all the major muscle groups.

Fit Ball - Expand your range of movement, develop your strength & flexibility. Focus on your core and work your ‘abs’.

Fitness Pilates - This class promotes greater core awareness, and works on the deep abdominal muscles. Lengthen & strengthen all your major muscle groups whilst performing a range of controlled precise movements.

Fitness Yoga -
A mind-body workout to promote  flexibility, strength  and agility. Calm your mind whilst performing these postures.  Suitable for all.

Freestyle Yoga - A mind and body workout which will challenge your strength, flexibility& agility.  Posture sequences to  promote a powerfully  focusing session.

Legs, Bums  & Tums - Raise the heart-rate with some basic aerobics for the first part of the class and then work through some  toning and strengthening exercises for the abs, back, lower body for a total body work out.

Salsacise - Let the latin beat inspire you as you dance your way to fitness. (no partner required).
 
Step and Tone -
The ultimate lower body workout with a great abs conditioning section to ensure you forget all those problem areas.
