First Strokes
First Strokes is a supervised pool session for babies and toddlers up to the age of 3.  The group will teach you and your baby the essential water safety in a simple safe programme, introducing the child to buoyancy and encouraging them to become confident in the water. Once they have reached the age of 3, they can then join one of Amy's swimming classes. For more information on First Strokes, please call Kate: 07786194082
(Swimming instructors are STA & Birthlight qualified, hold a Poolsode Helpers Certificate (Lifeguard), are Police checked and fully insured.

Swimming Lessons  
The Leisure Club can offer swimming lessons to adults and to children from the age of three. Lessons are made very affordable by offering children the facility to join one of our groups. Children have the opportunity to progress to higher groups and are presented with a personal certificate twice a year to mark their achievements.
