No guarantee can be given with regard to fitness for purpose. No apparatus, equipment, fixture or fitting has been tested. Items shown in the photographs are not necessarily included. Interested parties are advised to check availability and make an appointment to view before travelling to the park.

Pre-owned Caravan Holiday Homes

• All prices quoted include any sales commission due but exclude any site fees or rates due prior to taking ownership.
• Pre-owned holiday homes are for sale on behalf of the thier owners under the terms and condtions of the 'Code Of Practice'
• Pre-owned sales are only available on the plot they are sited on and cannot be re-located to another plot. (except in the case of redevelopment or essential works - see Licence Agreement)
• No warranty is given by Crowhurst Park relating to pre-owned holiday home sales.
• No 'part exchange' allowance will be offered when purchasing a pre-owned holiday home.
• All fixtures and fittings, plumbing or electrical installations etc may not be tested and therefore may not be working. Crowhurst Park recommends you arrange these tests for youself, however all pre-owned holiday homes offered for sale will be sold with a current Gas Safety Cetificate issued by a CORGI regestered engineer.
• Some personal items in the pre-owned holiday homes may not be included in the purchase price. Please ensure you ask for details of what is included.
