Crowhurst Park is set in the heart of the East Sussex countryside and our restaurant, situated within the Manor house, is totally committed to sourcing ingredients locally. 

Our Chef's are passionate about high quality ingredients and our menus reflect this as they change seasonally. We are currently researching old and new recipes from Sussex, which will soon be incorporated within our menus.

Guests will be able to savour the best flavours East Sussex has to offer.  Our proximity to the sea and bordering 'the gardens of England' means we are spoilt for choice with local food!!!
