It is our intention to firstly establish the approximate size of our Carbon Footprint and to then reduce it year on year.

• To work with professional environmental consultants and ecologists on all major projects
• Source supplies locally whenever possible and reduce the number of deliveries
• Minimise waste production by increasing the range of recycling facilities on offer
• Move over to using recycled materials where practical eg our brochure
• Reduce energy consumption by educating staff and guests and using energy efficient product
